Job Summary
Conduct accurate and timely completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI), including the Minimum Data Set (MDS), Care Area Assessments (CAAs), care planning, and supporting documentation in accordance with federal and state regulations. Ensure assessments reflect each resident's clinical status and support individualized care planning while adhering to regulatory standards and compliance requirements. Prior MDS/RAI experience and knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, and Quality Measures are preferred. Current LPN with one year experience and CPR certification required. Desired Qualifications
- Prior MDS/RAI experience
- Knowledge of RAI guidelines, PDPM, ICD-10 coding, Quality Measures, and Care Area Assessments and Care Planning processes
- Knowledge of the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process, including the principles of the Prospective Payment Process (PPS) and Case Mix systems
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements
- Demonstrated ability in independent functioning and strong leadership
