MDS Nurse (Licensed Practical Nurse/LPN) Prior MDS experience in an LTC setting required

LPN MDS Nurse responsible for completing and submitting MDS Assessments, CCAs, and Care Plans per CMS RAI Manual regulations; provide education to direct care staff on CMS RAI updates; review and validate QIES CMS reports; participate in PPS/Triple Check meetings; function as a staff nurse as needed; maintain professional conduct, confidentiality, and compliance with Life Care codes; strong interdisciplinary collaboration and patient safety focus.
