Job Summary
Accurately complete RAI for all Medicare patients and provide the nursing section of all Medicare MDSs and RAPs. Finish OBRA MDSs as the PPS caseload allows. Requires a valid unencumbered RN or LPN license, current CPR certification, and a nursing degree from an accredited institution, with at least two years of MDS experience preferred.
