Job Summary
Lead the NetSuite ERP strategy and governance for Mondelēz International’s MDS NAV; own the ERP roadmap, drive cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and 3PL partners, and oversee ERP enhancements, integrations, and data governance. Manage NetSuite analysts/partners, ensure scalable architecture and compliance (SOX), partner with Finance for revenue recognition and inventory valuation, and drive continuous improvement across internal and external manufacturing and supply-chain processes. Requires 5+ years of NetSuite/ERP experience, leadership of internal/external teams, and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/Math/Business Administration; travel around 10% and base salary of $140,300–$192,940 with bonus eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, and/or Business Administration
- 5+ years of NetSuite or ERP experience with progressive leadership responsibility
- Experience in CPG, food & beverage, or manufacturing environments
- Strong understanding of end-to-end ERP processes including O2C, P2P, inventory, production, and financial close
- Proven experience supporting internal & external manufacturers and 3PL-integrated supply chains
- Demonstrated leadership of internal teams and external vendors
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Project management experience, planning, budget management, and reporting skills
