Job Summary
MDS Coordinator oversees the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) coordination and the interdisciplinary care planning process, ensuring regulatory compliance. Key duties include leading RAI processes with clinical judgment and attention to detail, developing care plans aligned with residents' needs, fostering collaboration across disciplines, and creating a supportive, engaging environment for residents. Requires nursing leadership experience and a BSN-preferred background, with demonstrated CARE values.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing, preferably BSN
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
