MDS Coordinator | RN

Conduct timely and accurate completion of both the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy, Federal, State, and Certification guidelines. Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department under direction from the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement. Manage Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission tracking while ensuring thorough understanding of Quality Indicator processes, OBRA regulations, and care planning procedures. Requires current RN licensure, prior MDS experience, and knowledge of Case-Mix and Medicare PPS processes.
