MDS Coordinator | RN

Conduct timely and accurate completion of the RAI process and care management process from admission to discharge in accordance with company policy, Federal, State, and Certification guidelines. Coordinate information systems operations and education for the clinical department with direction from the Director of Nursing and VP of Clinical Reimbursement. Manage Minimum Data Set, discharge, and admission tracking while ensuring thorough understanding of Quality Indicator processes, OBRA regulations, and Medicaid reimbursement. Requires current RN licensure and prior MDS experience in a LTC/SNF/AL/MC setting.
