MDS Coordinator/RN

Coordinate the Medicare/MDS resident assessment process and notify the Interdisciplinary Team for MDS assessment completion in accordance with State and Federal regulations. Ensure the team completes assessments timely and coordinate the development, implementation, and evaluation of the plan of care. Perform, administer, or implement treatments, medications, or nursing interventions as indicated by the resident plan of care or physician orders. Provide nursing care according to infection control standards and follow safety policies while initiating emergency measures per center policy. Requires a current California RN license, two years of MDS Coordinator experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility, and a background check with no history of abuse.
