Job Summary
Oversee the MDS process by coordinating comprehensive assessments, ensuring accurate clinical documentation, and supporting appropriate reimbursement. Collaborate with nursing, therapy, social services, and the interdisciplinary team to verify resident needs are accurately assessed and documented. Maintain strong organizational and communication skills while managing census-driven salary increases and pursuing up to $7,500 annually through the Quality Measure Bonus Program. Advance your MDS career within Andover Forest Post Acute Care Center as a full-time direct hire.
Required Qualifications
- Active Massachusetts RN license
- MDS experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting
- Strong knowledge of MDS assessments, care planning, and reimbursement
