Job Summary
MDS Coordinator (RN) to coordinate and oversee completion of resident assessments (MDS 3.0), develop individualized care plans to drive quality outcomes and regulatory compliance, monitor Medicare/Medicaid requirements, support nursing staff development, and collaborate with leadership to maximize resident care reimbursement and uphold operational goals.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of employment
- 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting
- Solid understanding of state and federal regulations governing long-term care
- Proficiency or strong interest in learning MDS 3.0 and care plan development
