Job Summary
MDS Coordinator (RN) needed to oversee the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan) in compliance with Federal and State regulations; monitor Medicare and Managed Care resident assessments and maximize reimbursement; collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure accuracy in resident assessments and high-quality care; drive process improvements and ensure ongoing regulatory compliance. Requires attention to detail, reliability, and a commitment to excellence; RAC-CT or RNAC certification is preferred and experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation is favored.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License in good standing.
- 6+ months of experience as an MDS Coordinator required.
- Experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehabilitation preferred.
- RAC-CT or RNAC certification preferred.
