MDS Coordinator (RN)

Coordinate and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan) in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. Ensure accuracy in resident assessments to maximize reimbursement and provide high-quality care. Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and processes to improve resident outcomes and maintain compliance with evolving regulations. This full-time role offers flexible scheduling with morning, afternoon, and night shift options, plus access to earned but unpaid wages.
