Job Summary

Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning process while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Lead and motivate others to follow RAI processes in a timely and accurate manner, developing plans of care consistent with resident needs. Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care while creating a comforting atmosphere. Requires a BSN, one year in nursing management, and two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care or geriatric settings. Full-time and part-time roles available with competitive compensation, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • BSN
  • Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
  • Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
  • Demonstrates C.A.R.E. values to our residents, family members, customers and staff
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong clinical assessment skills
  • The ability to develop plans of care that are consistent with the resident's needs
  • The ability to lead and motivate others to follow RAI processes in a timely and accurate manner
  • Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care
  • Create a comforting and engaging atmosphere for our residents
