Job Summary
Coordinate and complete the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) and interdisciplinary care planning processes while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Develop plans of care consistent with resident needs and lead the team to execute RAI processes accurately. Promote communication and interdisciplinary approaches to resident care while maintaining a comforting atmosphere. Requires a BSN, one year in nursing management in long-term care, and two years of professional nursing experience in long-term, acute, restorative, or geriatric settings. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- BSN
- Minimum of one year in nursing management in the long-term industry
- Two years of professional nursing experience in long-term care, acute care, restorative care or geriatric nursing setting
