MDS Coordinator - Registered Nurse (RN)

Coordinate and participate in the completion of the Resident Assessment Instrument (MDS, CAA's, and Care Plan) in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Monitor and document the management of Medicare and Managed Care residents while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure assessment accuracy for optimal care planning and reimbursement. Drive innovation by implementing new ideas and processes to improve resident outcomes and maintain compliance with evolving regulations and best practices.
