MDS Coordinator LVN

Enter information from the Minimum Data Set (MDS) document into the MDI system by mandated deadlines with high accuracy. Compare entered data against the original MDS document and make corrections as needed. Collect MDS documents within established time frames, retrieve and print validation reports, and lock the MDS after final validation. Notify coworkers of questions, data entry delays, system problems, or other obstacles that arise. Requires current LVN license, minimum one year as MDS Coordinator in a long-term care setting, and MDS certification. Background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screening are required.
