Job Summary
MDS Coordinator, RN or LPN, full-time in Tampa, FL. Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, responsible for implementing the MDS assessment tool to identify resident needs and coordinate a plan of care to assist residents toward optimal wellness based on the highest practicable level of functioning. Monitors patient care by assessing procedures, communicating with patients, and recording medical codes. Enters medical codes and participates in medical billing processes while maintaining accurate medical records. Requires caring, compassionate approach and demonstrated MDS/Quality Measure experience.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN certification in Florida
- MDS and Quality Measure experience
