Job Summary
Complete and assure the accuracy of the MDS process for all residents while maintaining current working knowledge of Medicare criteria to serve as a resource for nursing staff. Monitor Case Mix Index (CMI) scores for potential risks affecting Medicaid reimbursement and track Medicare assessment schedules to ensure accurate, timely documentation submission. This role requires a self-motivated candidate with a valid state nursing license and experience in clinical healthcare settings to demonstrate strong leadership and decision-making skills. Required Qualifications
