MDS Coordinator

Coordinate the Resident Assessment Instrument (RAI) process to ensure accurate and timely completion of resident assessments in accordance with Medicare, Medicaid, OBRA, and other payor program requirements. Ensure assessments accurately reflect the physical, mental, and psychosocial status of each resident while maintaining documentation that supports optimal reimbursement and service reporting. This role requires current LPN or RN licensure and previous MDS 3.0 experience. North Auburn Care offers a pay range of $42.00 - $55.00/HR DOE, full benefits including medical, dental, and vision, 401k, and tuition reimbursement.
