Job Summary
Coordinate MDS assessments and OBRA/Medicare MDS processes as part of the interdisciplinary team; contribute to development, review, and/or revision of resident care plans; serve as resource for RAI/MDS processes; RN license required; MDS 3.0 experience preferred; strong written and oral communication; proficient in computer skills; knowledge of state/federal RAI regulations and reimbursement rules; CEUs as required by state.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse in good standing and licensed with applicable State Board of Nursing.
- Knowledge of computer skills.
- Full understanding of State and Federal RAI regulations with the ability to communicate and comprehend the MDS process.
- Knowledge in contributing in writing/updating care plans as member of interdisciplinary team.
