Job Summary
Perform Tier I procedures, preventative maintenance, and wet-cleans, assisting senior engineers with corrective maintenance as needed. Disassemble, clean, and rebuild kits for quality management while applying basic diagnostic techniques and using documentation and test equipment. Diagnose and resolve basic technical problems, striving to perform established BKM's and follow all IP guidelines. Represent Applied Materials to the customer using professional service skills while maintaining an orderly work area and complying with safety procedures. This physically demanding role requires extensive walking, standing, and working in tight spaces within a clean room environment, involving lifting up to 35 lbs and using appropriate personal protective equipment.
