Job Summary
Maintain and manage master data across key domains such as product, location, customer, and vendor by performing profiling, cleansing, and validation. Utilize Python and SQL to resolve data discrepancies, build business rules, and troubleshoot MDM tools and platforms. Monitor data quality issues, determine root causes, and collaborate with stakeholders to define standards and governance processes. Participate in data migration, integration, and transformation projects while developing unit tests and documentation. Generate reports to track data quality metrics and provide training to business users on MDM processes.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field
- 5-7 years of experience in data management, data profiling & cleansing, system integrations working with master data systems
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data architecture, and relational databases
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, APIs, and data analysis tools
- Strong understanding of data integrations across systems, including skills to manage them
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate autonomously
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment
- Valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with MDM tools (e.g., Informatica, Syndigo, Stibo) is a plus
- Familiarity with data governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK) is desirable
