MDM Sr. Business Analyst

Job Summary
Senior MDM Business Analyst to design, implement, and maintain master data management processes. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data needs and create end-to-end data flows, policies, and procedures. Define and standardize data quality requirements, develop data governance policies, and produce data quality metrics and reports. Build and manage data integration workflows, perform data profiling and mapping, and provide data analysis to support decision-making. Liaise between Business and IT to ensure MDM solutions are integrated with existing systems, stay updated on industry best practices, and deliver end-user training on MDM tools and processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or Statistics
- 8+ years relevant IT experience
- 2+ years implementation experience with MDM systems (STIBO, Reltio or Informatica etc.)
- Proficiency in data modeling, data integration, and ETL processes
- Experience with data quality tools and techniques
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
