Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, and oversee Health Check engagements while providing strategic recommendations to clients. Lead the modernization, implementation, installation, configuration, upgrade, migration, development, and design of Master Data Management (MDM) Standard Edition technology. Support transitions from pre-production to production environments and facilitate knowledge sharing for client self-sufficiency. Manage performance tuning, system optimization, and data governance initiatives within assessment and advisory projects. NewGen Technologies delivers technology and talent to solve national security challenges, including securing borders and utilizing artificial intelligence to prevent crime.
Required Qualifications

- Advanced IBM MDM expertise
- Solution architecture and technical leadership experience
- Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
- Performance tuning and system optimization knowledge
- Data governance and master data management expertise
- Experience leading assessment and advisory engagements
