Job Summary
MDM Operations Associate based in Monterrey, Mexico, supporting the mastering and maintenance of legal entity, security, and other financial reference data within the MDM team. Responsibilities include entity data surveillance, validation and entry into MDM systems, leveraging third-party data sources to support entity and security data, responding to data-related stakeholder requests, delivering against SLAs, collaborating with the Team Lead and MDM team on day-to-day operations, and contributing to process improvements for efficiency, scalability, and data definitions. Required skills include knowledge of financial reference data (bonds, loans, structured products), databases and large datasets, strong organizational and communication abilities, accountability, English proficiency, and proficiency in Excel; willingness to learn new tools and grow within a data/operations environment. The role is hybrid in Monterrey with collaboration across global stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge of legal entity, security, and other financial reference data (bonds, loans, structured products) preferred
- Working knowledge of databases and experience handling large datasets
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills
- Ability to manage tasks reliably and follow through on deliverables
- Fluent English communication (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
- Willingness to learn new tools and grow within a data and operations environment
