MDM Materials Management Analyst

Job Summary
Define inventory levels and item coverage while identifying open purchase orders at risk due to revision changeovers. Coordinate with local Purchasing and Manufacturing Engineering to manage target dates for changeovers and minimize operational impacts. Provide timely updates to cross-functional teams including MDM CCO and Finance to meet strict SLAs. Gather and manipulate data to generate reports on Part and Supplier requirements, maintaining a tracked system for CCO revision updates. Serve as the primary contact between Purchasing and MDM Operations to ensure material availability and revision integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Intermediate MS Excel knowledge
- Intermediate MS PowerPoint knowledge
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience in using ERP system
- Basic knowledge and experience on Bill of Materials Management and Item Creation in ERP
- Knowledge and experience in using Power BI
- 3-5 years of experience in operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's Degree in Related Field (Business, Engineering, etc.) or Equivalent Work Experience
- Bilingual
- Work Authorization: legally authorized to work in the United States
