MDM - Finance

Senior MDM lead overseeing data design and governance, with a focus on master data management, data quality, and standardized data processes. Drives end-to-end data integrity across the IT landscape through data modeling, rule definition, data cleansing, and data migration, in collaboration with domain leads, business process owners, BPO/BPEs, and IT. Leads transition to SAP MDG (greenfield) and ensures data landscape target information models, testing, approvals, change control, and ongoing data quality. Requires extensive hands-on SAP MDG experience, knowledge of SAP modules (MM/PP/QM/QD), data migration and cleansing, and strong stakeholder management. The role emphasizes driving standardization, supporting data migration, defining master data domain roadmaps, and building a high-performing MDM team within a high-growth ice cream business.
