Job Summary
Mid-level MDM and Data Governance Consultant advising on the design and delivery of MDM strategies and architectures for enterprise clients; involved in platform implementations (Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica MDM, SAP MDG) and governance deliverables such as data dictionaries, data owner frameworks, and policy documentation; map and document master data domains, hierarchies, and entity relationships; collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and validate data models; support data quality assessment and cleansing activities within MDM programmes; produce clear documentation and contribute to client-facing presentations; hybrid/remote working arrangement based in Poland.
Required Qualifications
- Foundational to intermediate experience in MDM (understanding of MDM styles: Registry, Consolidation, Coexistence, Centralised)
- Exposure to at least one MDM platform (Ataccama, Reltio, Informatica, SAP MDG, or similar)
- Understanding of data governance principles and how they intersect with MDM
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail when working with data models and domain hierarchies
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with both technical and business stakeholders
- Eagerness to learn and grow within a specialist data consultancy environment
- Consultancy experience or exposure to multi-client delivery a plus
