Job Summary
Provide person-centered care for clients in Maryland, DC, and Florida, assisting with mobility, transfers, bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Work independently in homes following established protocols while documenting activities in the patient care portal. Maintain reliable weekly availability and willingness to travel throughout service areas. Requires valid HHA or CNA certification, CPR/First Aid, passing background check, TB/PPD test, and valid driver's license with reliable vehicle. Earn $19-20/hour with same-day pay access, paid mileage, and supplemental insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Valid HHA or CNA certification, or willingness to complete HHA certification course
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Passing background check
- TB/PPD test required prior to employment
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Physical ability to perform job duties including lifting, assisting with mobility, and walking for extended periods
- Ability to document care and communicate via phone and electronic systems
- Maintain reliable weekly availability
- Willingness to travel throughout service areas
