Job Summary
Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of UK-specific operational risk management frameworks, policies, and standards, with specific focus on third-party risk management and climate risk. Provide risk advisory and oversight to assigned UK legal entities, including ICAAP/ICAARA process management and review of third-party risk assessments and exit strategies. Manage oversight of strategic change management initiatives impacting UK legal entities, including mergers, acquisitions, and new product approvals. Support global ORM framework design while communicating UK regulatory expectations to senior management and across the three lines of defense. Promote a culture of effective challenge and risk awareness throughout the organization while maintaining the highest standards of conduct and integrity.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 15+ years risk experience
- experience in the subject matter relevant to the role
- Proven interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong, organization, project management and leadership skills
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated decision-making skills
- Team player with strong influencing skills
