Job Summary
Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing acute and chronic conditions while performing preventive care, annual wellness visits, and health screenings. Develop individualized treatment plans, coordinate with specialists and interdisciplinary teams, and order and interpret laboratory and diagnostic studies. Educate patients and families on preventive health and chronic disease management, maintaining accurate documentation within the electronic medical record. Work Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM with no weekends, on-call, or hospital rounding. Fluent in English and Spanish required; MD or DO degree with Board Certification or eligibility in Family Medicine and an active Florida medical license.
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Active Florida medical license or ability to obtain prior to employment
- Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
- Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
