MD/DO - Comprehensive Ophthalmologist

Job Summary
Conduct comprehensive ophthalmology services including medical and surgical treatment of a broad spectrum of ocular disease, with a solid volume of cataract surgery using premium toric and multifocal lenses. Perform medical retina procedures such as intravitreal injections and manage complex, tertiary-level cases within a multidisciplinary team environment. Collaborate with subspecialists in glaucoma, pediatrics, retina, and oculoplastics while teaching students, residents, and fellows as part of the system's Medical Education philosophy. Maintain a license to practice in the multi-state region with no restrictions and complete accredited graduate medical training. Join a physician-led organization serving southwest Wisconsin, northeast Iowa, and southeast Minnesota with strong referral demand and established surgical infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
- Must have completed an accredited graduate medical training program
- Must be board certified or eligible within the area of medicine stated
- Must have or be able to obtain a license to practice in our multi-state region with no restrictions or limitations
- Medical staff in our system will supervise advanced practice clinicians
- Medical staff may need to provide outreach service as part of their role in the system
- Teaching students, residents, fellows or clinical staff is cornerstone to our Medical Education philosophy and an expectation of all medical staff
