Job Summary
Conduct global sourcing for Retail Global Business by identifying and developing competitive suppliers and products across food and non-food categories. Execute annual business plans and strategies for specific brands while researching trends, products, and suppliers. Negotiate prices, order quantities, and marketing support with overseas suppliers and top distributors to secure stable inventory and optimize product lineups. Oversee the full import process including shipping schedules, legal compliance, post-promotion management, and new vendor onboarding. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders in finance, legal, and marketing to build trust and minimize risks while achieving profitability targets.
Required Qualifications
- 글로벌소싱 업무 경력 4 년 이상 보유하신 분
- 수입 비즈니스 프로세스에 대한 경험을 보유하신 분
- 리테일 (대형마트/슈퍼체인/편의점) 직매입 업무 경력 혹은 관련 카테고리 내 글로벌 브랜드사에서의 근무 경력 혹은 병행수입 관련 업무 경력을 보유하신 분
- 비즈니스 영어 업무 소통 가능하신 분
