Job Summary
Originating and developing relationships with commercial real estate NonBank Lenders, including credit funds and REITs, to finance client growth and mitigate risk. Manage a portfolio of clients by proactively addressing their banking needs, delivering loan products, and cross-selling capital market derivatives and private wealth solutions. Leverage referral sources and strategic account planning to deepen connections within the NonBank Lender community while partnering with internal credit and asset management teams to ensure portfolio standards are met. Maintain consistent communication to assess evolving client goals and propose tailored solutions.
Required Qualifications
- deep experience in commercial real estate
- solid understanding of financial statements

- experience managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial real estate loans
- complex structures and business plans
- degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or a related field
- valid work or study permit
