Job Summary
Evaluate and test individuals served, develop effective treatment plans, and administer therapy programs while communicating needs to staff. Provide re-evaluations, manage caseloads, and set up home exercise programs with home evaluations. Maintain documentation including reports of services and weekly schedules to meet therapy goals. Serve on rehabilitation treatment teams, attend meetings for program development, and collaborate with physicians, families, and community resources to ensure program effectiveness. Requires a Maryland OT license, AOTA membership, and one year of human services experience. Full-time, part-time, and as-needed schedules available with comprehensive benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
- one-year human services experience
- Must be licensed OT/L in Maryland
- member in good standing with American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
- Current driver's license
