Job Summary
Manage the Baby Convenience category end-to-end, overseeing revenue, profit, and inventory while establishing long-term category strategies and brand acquisition plans. Design direct purchase partnerships with brands to optimize business structures and marketing terms, driving mutual growth. Track market pricing and negotiate supply costs to secure competitive advantages, then formulate product and promotion strategies aligned with P&L targets. Coordinate operations across vendor needs, catalog management, and logistics, while leading cross-functional collaboration with marketing and supply chain teams to analyze root causes and execute process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience
- Interest in online retail business
- MD practical experience at a distributor or brand company
- Experience in the baby convenience category or high interest in it
- Ability to accept change with flexible thinking
- Positive energy to lead team engagement
- Experience improving actual service or sales metrics through analysis and insights
