Job Summary
McWane Ductile-New Jersey seeks a Night Shift Maintenance Mechanic/Millwright to maintain production and operational machinery. This role involves constructing, fabricating, installing, and repairing equipment related to ductile iron pipe production.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ability to identify mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems malfunctions
- Understanding of the correct handling and use of mechanical repair tools and equipment
- Ability to interact with all personnel levels
- Ability to follow all work directives and safety procedures
- Must be a motivated self-starter
Desired Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
- Ability to read schematics
- In-depth knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
