Job Summary

Execute material dispensing, picking, staging, and delivery for manufacturing facilities while adhering to cGMPs, safety practices, and cleanroom protocols. Process, pick, and stage materials for biopharmaceutical production using Powered Industrial Vehicles within a warehouse-based environment. Gown to Grade 8-9, maintain Kanban systems for consumables, and support external warehouse operations. Identify and escalate operational risks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and assist during regulatory inspections. Complete transactions accurately, gather metrics, and present information as required. Rotate between day and swing shifts, including weekends and holidays, to support continuous improvement initiatives and internal operational excellence projects.

Required Qualifications

  • Availability for rotating day and swing shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work under general direction and seek assistance as necessary
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and push/pull heavy loads with equipment
  • Solid math skills
  • Commitment to safe work practices and strong safety culture
  • Adaptability to changing priorities
  • Willingness to perform physical tasks in a warehouse and cleanroom-adjacent environment
  • High school diploma/GED and 2 years work or military experience
  • Associates degree and 6 months work or military experience

Desired Qualifications

  • College degree
  • GMP/GDP experience in shipping, dispensing, warehousing, manufacturing, or quality
  • Experience supporting documentation revisions in CDOCS
  • Knowledge of DQMS and QMTS, supporting deviation investigations and CAPA ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience operating Powered Industrial Vehicles
  • Familiarity with scales and weighing operations
  • Experience gathering metrics, report preparation, and presenting to management
  • Support for internal operational excellence projects
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Teams
  • Manufacturing experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Proactive nature and team player mindset
