MCPP Philippines: Supervisor, Quality Systems

Job Summary
Plan, coordinate, execute and/or supervise the performance of all quality management functions for the MCPP-PHIL Task Order by implementing quality policies and procedures, maintaining ISO 9001:2015, reviewing and enforcing written procedures, developing standard work and business tools, leading quality initiatives, directing projects through phases, and serving as the primary interface with the customer. Demonstrates Six Sigma and Lean process mapping to reduce waste, audits and inspects logistics/maintenance operations, analyzes adverse trends, and ensures compliance with quality plans. Requires strong written and oral communication skills, ability to forecast spare parts, and the capability to operate under U.S. government security requirements. Based in Jacksonville, FL; Philippines work visa required; U.S. citizenship and security clearance prerequisites apply.
Required Qualifications
- Must be able to pass a U.S. Government/FBI background investigation and obtain a Secret Clearance
- U.S. Citizen
- Must have four years related work experience conducting quality audits, inspections, and implementing corrective actions
- Must have four years of directly related work experience in an equipment maintenance field
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools
- Completion of related formalized training
- Must have the ability to obtain Philippines Work Visa
- U.S. Stateside Driver’s License
- U.S. Passport
