Dispensary Retail Associate responsible for product knowledge, the sale of products, customer/patient experience, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. This role assists customers/patients with purchases, recommends suitable products, addresses concerns, and ensures the sales floor is adequately stocked. Must have passion for the cannabis industry and strong knowledge of cannabis products with experience contributing to a retail team. Key duties include following policies for safe, efficient operations; maintaining stock and organization; in-depth product knowledge; delivering excellent service to ensure customer/patient satisfaction across in-person, online, and phone interactions; accurate data entry into company platforms; processing transactions using the POS system; inventory, merchandising, and in-store marketing as directed by store leadership; on-site work location in Hagerstown, MD; age 21+; successful completion of a Federal and State background check; and willingness to perform other duties as necessary.
