MCP App and ChatGPT App Developer

Job Summary
We are hiring a developer with hands-on experience building with MCP and ChatGPT Apps, responsible for creating production-grade AI applications and optimizing performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate on product direction and technical architecture, and should have extensive experience with MCP and ChatGPT environments, strong proficiency in JavaScript or TypeScript, experience with LLM APIs, and knowledge of Claude Code. Duties include building, deploying, and maintaining applications as well as rapidly prototyping new ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience working with MCP Apps and ChatGPT Apps
- Experience building and shipping full-stack applications
- This can include production work, side projects, or heavy experimentation
- You should not be learning these for the first time in this role
Desired Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (React) or TypeScript (Node.js preferred)
- Experience integrating and working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
- Working knowledge of Claude Code and how to use it effectively in development workflows
- Strong understanding of prompt design, tool usage, and AI interaction patterns
