MCK Assistant Superintendent

Assist Superintendent with project start-up, mobilization, and daily reporting while drafting RFIs, posting drawings, and managing scheduling. Organize subcontractors, maintain a clean and safe work environment, and oversee punch list completion. Enforce all safety guidelines, manage quality control, and organize files, plans, and shop drawings. Support O.A.C. meetings and handle internal and external customer service. Requires 3 years in construction with knowledge of multiple trades, OSHA 30 certification, and First Aid/CPR training. Annual continued education of minimum 20 hours is required.
