Job Summary
The MCH RN Per Diem is responsible for managing a caseload of antenatal, postpartum, newborn, and pediatric home care patients. The nurse will conduct full nursing processes, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, supervise home care staff, and ensure effective patient care through ongoing assessment and documentation. The position requires availability for a minimum of 1 shift per month and participation in mandatory meetings. Licensed as a Registered Nurse in Vermont and New Hampshire is essential, with an emphasis on maternal child health competency.

- Associates required in Nursing
- Registered Nurse – VT
