Job Summary
Associate attorney in Delaware office for a high-volume, multi-office law firm handling foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO for mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions. Responsibilities include managing and prioritizing a large caseload, drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws, attending hearings and status conferences, interacting with clients and opposing counsel, and providing creative solutions to mitigate client risk. JD required with DE bar in good standing; bar admission in NJ/PA/MD a plus. Opportunities for growth and a potential partnership track; remote/hybrid positions may be offered after training.
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctorate
- member in good standing in Delaware
- DE bar admission (plus NJ/PA/MD bar a plus)
