Job Summary
Develop and manage regional sales for microsurgery products across the Texas territory, focusing on current customers and new prospects, building trust with surgeons and nurses, coordinating with hospital administration and procurement, supporting trade shows and regional meetings, and meeting or exceeding sales goals through consultative product demonstrations and relationship-building. Responsibilities include calling on prospective customers, maintaining relationships, coordinating with supply chain and marketing, providing product and clinical information, monitoring forecasts, and contributing to pricing and program feedback. Requires strong communication, ability to travel (minimum two days per week), and operating room credentialing and compliance knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of relevant sales experience OR 5+ years of operating room sales experience (Plastics or ENT preferred)
- Ability to travel minimum two days per week
- Maintain operating room credentialing certifications and related training (OSHA/Blood-borne pathogen, immunizations, background screening)
