MC Factory Repair Engineer / Technician

Perform SMD and main PBA repairs while analyzing production defects and providing troubleshooting solutions. Maintain circuit diagrams, manage repair material flow and FOC claims, and develop treatment plans for non-repairable units. Handle defect management using Odin PGM, conduct pre-inspections, and coordinate corrective actions based on defect rate monitoring. Support production teams with technical guidance and lead in-line repair training activities. Monitor environmental conditions including humidity, temperature, ESD, and line leakage current to ensure compliance with 5S standards.
