Job Summary
Caregiver for Memory Care/Assisted Living residents in Dallas, OR. Responsibilities include assisting residents with daily living activities (toileting, bathing, grooming, dressing, mobility), meal service, housekeeping, following resident Service Plans, documenting care, upholding HIPAA and facility policies, ensuring safety, and participating in training and emergency procedures. Must maintain a compassionate, patient, and hospitality-focused approach, support resident independence, and engage residents in activities while adhering to infection control and regulatory guidelines. CPR/AED/First Aid and Food Handlers certifications are required or must be obtained with assistance; English literacy and strong customer-service orientation are essential.
