Job Summary
Memory Care Activities Assistant conducts individual, small group and large group programs for residents, attends outings, supports meal service, assists with developing the Community Program calendar and newsletter, helps order supplies, contributes to quality assurance, and maintains clean, safe resident rooms and common areas. Requires effective communication with management, residents, and families; candidates should have a passion for working with seniors and a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in memory care is preferred. Works Saturdays and Sundays 8:45am-4:45pm in The Villages, FL.
