Job Summary
Set up, operate, and monitor production machinery while adjusting settings to meet quality standards and schedules. Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move raw materials, work-in-process inventory, and finished goods throughout the facility. Assist with receiving, picking, packing, counting, labeling, and inventory control activities to ensure accurate inventory management. Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns to supervision. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas through regular housekeeping and waste removal. Follow all company safety policies, Good Manufacturing Practices, and standard operating procedures. Work collaboratively with production, warehouse, and maintenance teams to support operational efficiency. Perform general labor duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum one (1) year of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or general labor experience
- Ability to safely operate or learn to operate industrial machinery and material handling equipment
- Ability to regularly lift, push, pull, and move materials of up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing or warehouse environment
- Strong attention to safety, quality, and workplace organization
- 2nd shift position with the hours of 7:00pm-7:0am Monday-Thursday
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience operating production or manufacturing equipment
- Prior forklift certification or forklift operating experience
- Experience using electric or manual pallet jacks
- Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environments
- Knowledge of inventory control and material handling practices
