Job Summary
Prepare and formulate media and buffer solutions for biologic medicines manufacturing, dispensing raw materials and supporting production activities per approved procedures. Complete production documentation accurately while performing calculations to ensure data integrity and GMP compliance. Support investigations, corrective actions, preventive actions, deviations, and change controls, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with reviewing and updating standard operating procedures and workplace safety documentation while collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and other site functions. Work collaboratively within a GMP environment to maintain safety, quality, and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- ongoing, unrestricted working rights in Australia

- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent relevant qualification/experience)
- relevant manufacturing, laboratory, production, or operational experience
- Strong attention to detail
- ability to follow documented procedures
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- willingness to learn in a regulated manufacturing environment
- willingness and ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment
- comfortable working the designated shift pattern
- comfortable performing physically demanding responsibilities throughout scheduled shifts
- adherence to production schedules
- use of required PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working in a laboratory, manufacturing, production, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, food, or other regulated environment
- Understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) principles
- Experience preparing solutions, buffers, media, or chemical formulations
- Exposure to quality systems, documentation practices, or regulated workflows
